Helen listed our condo for sale in Chaska. It sold for full price in a few weeks, in spite of Covid19 breaking out when the listing was placed. We expected the sale to take all summer, and expected to have to drop the price too, but we were very pleased that it went so well. My wife and I have bought and sold 9 homes in 6 states, and this was by far the easiest for us. Helen was really knowledgeable of the local area, and responded timely every time something came up plus she did some things that I did not expect, like lining up a plumber to fix a problem, working with a painter, replacing a mirror that had gotten broken, dropping off keys and door openers etc. I do not see how she could have done more or a better job.

Helen did a fantastic job helping to determine what needed done to prepare for the sale, providing guidance on contractors to use to fix things up, and then the sale itself.
